Trolleys and
profile overload indicator

The trolleys are made of pressed steel. They are silent, have minimal rolling resistance and are easy and light to move. The trolley also has an integrated rubber buffer at both ends and side rollers that keep the trolley centred inside the profile.

Steel trolleys

The maximum load for one trolley is 800 kg, and trolley combinations enable rated capacities of up to 2000 kg per system. The trolley has low construction, which for S200 and S260 profiles allows installing a current collector for the internal conductor rail (ICR) power supply above the trolley, giving maximum trolley movement area.

Standard S-trolley for steel profiles

The Standard S-trolley has a maximum load of 800 kg. It is a standard single trolley for single girder cranes of rated capacities ≤ 500 kg.

Support wheel trolley

The support wheel trolley is made of pressed steel with a maximum load of 800 kg. It is used in applications like telescopic cranes where the trolley needs to withstand upward forces (max 300 kg).

External guide wheel trolley (EGW)

The external guide wheel trolley (EGW) is used for single girder cranes of rated capacities > 1000 kg. It is available only as a bogie.

P125 trolley for steel profiles

The P125 trolley is made of pressed steel with a maximum load of 300 kg. It is a standard single trolley for single girder cranes of rated capacity ≤ 250 kg.

S-Trolley (Standard) - Bogie

A standard trolley with bogie girder is used for single girder cranes of rated capacities 501 kg ≤ 1000 kg. Two standard trolleys with bogie girders are used for double girder cranes of all rated capacities.

Aluminium trolley

The trolley for aluminium profiles is made of pressed steel, is silent and has minimal rolling resistance. One trolley fits all aluminium profiles. The trolley also has an integrated rubber buffer at both ends.

The maximum load for one trolley is 600 kg, and various trolley combinations enable rated capacities of up to 1000 kg. The trolley has low construction, which allows Alu 4/180 and Alu 5/220 profiles to install a current collector for the internal conductor rail (ICR) power supply above the trolley.

Safety with profile overload indicator

When the rated capacity is 630 kg or more, and an EGW trolley is not used, steel profile systems are equipped with a unique and patented profile overload indicator which indicates profile opening if overloaded.
